• Formerly served at Dayspring Christian Fellowship in Massillon, OH as the Administrative and Worship Pastor.

• Award winning teacher and administrator, recognized for service to the higher educational, sports and church community. Published author of several articles, presentations and resources for organizational excellence.

• US Patent holder #6494812  Inclined Ramp for Track and Field Training.  2002, created, researched and brought to production the “LaunchPad” training aid.  Co-founder of the CRG Athletics corporation to build and distribute the device.

• Dayspring Music Ministry, INC Co-founder and VP for Operations. Non-profit organization providing .mp3 players with spiritual music and scripture readings to nursing homes, hospitals and individuals in need.
